Cold-Pack Therapies

Cold Pack Therapies

Dr.s Dodge and Doyle treat recent acute injury to joints in a number of ways, but applying ice to a recent joint injury is by far  the best plan of action.

Ice packs and cold compresses are very therapeutic and effective in relieving pain and inflammation at the source of injury to the joints. Our team recommends a regiment of 10 minutes applied, with 1 hour off to be the most beneficial cold-pack treatment, and never-ever-should one apply HEAT to a fresh injury.
